Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
This policy explains what information Start Space ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, reach us through our contact form.
Information you give us
- Newsletter: when you subscribe, we collect your email address and which form you used. We use it only to send you Start Space news and updates.
- Advertising enquiries: when you fill in the advertising form, we collect your name, email, phone number and message, and use them to reply to you.
- Emails to us: if you email us, we keep the message so we can respond.
Information collected automatically
- Settings saved in your browser: your light or dark mode choice, a short-term copy of the news list so pages load faster, and a timer that prevents repeated form submissions. These stay on your device.
- Basic technical data: like any website, the services below receive your IP address and browser details when your browser loads content from them.
Services we use
- HighLevel (LeadConnector): hosts this website and stores newsletter and enquiry contacts.
- Google: Google Apps Script and Google Drive deliver our news feed and images; Google Fonts provides our fonts.
- Meta (Facebook): our stories come from our Facebook page. When you play a video, it loads from Facebook, which may set its own cookies.
- Open-Meteo: shows the Karachi temperature in the top bar.
- Cloudflare (cdnjs): provides the icons used on the site.
These services have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address while you are subscribed. Advertising enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any business that follows.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any newsletter email.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete your information through our contact form.
- Clear the settings saved in your browser through your browser's settings.
Children
This website is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
